The Blues have been conceding goals galore in recent weeks and shipped another three in Rome as they suffered a heavy Champions League defeat
Chelsea's defence was again left in ruins in Rome on the night of Halloween as Stephan El Shaarawy provided the frights and Antonio Rudiger endured a horror show with a shocking mistake.
The Blues were 1-0 down after just 39 seconds following an unstoppable El Shaarawy strike from outside the area - and things just went from bad to worse for the English champions from there.
Chelsea's defence made individual and collective errors throughout the game. David Luiz made a howler on the half way line shortly before Rudiger's big mistake allowed El Shaarawy to score his and Roma's second on the night. The German defender completely misread the flight off the ball, allowing the Italian to dart in and score.

Chelsea have only one clean sheet in eight games and have conceded six goals in two matches against Roma.
They have now let in 20 goals in 17 games across all competitions this season, compared to their total of 33 goals shipped in 38 matches last term when winning the Premier League.
These defensive issues coupled with Alvaro Morata's October goal drought means Conte faces a huge task to pick his side up for the big game against Manchester United this weekend.

Premier League results: Man City & Man Utd win, Crystal Palace draw

Both Manchester clubs continued their dominance at the top of the Premier League on Saturday.
Second-place Manchester United beat third-place Tottenham 1-0 thanks to an Anthony Martial strike in the 81st minute. Spurs, who were without top scorer Harry Kane through injury, have lost back-to-back games in all competitions for the first time since February.
Mauricio Pochettino's side are now eight points off the top after Manchester City's 3-2 victory over West Brom .
In an eventful first half, Leroy Sane's opener was cancelled out three minutes later by Jay Rodriquez, before Fernandinho restored City's lead. Substitute Raheem Sterling added a third with his first touch of the ball before Matt Phillips grabbed a late consolation for the Baggies, who are without a league win since August.
Arsenal had to come from behind to beat
Swansea 2-1. Sam Clucas put the Swans ahead with their first touch inside the box but two goals in seven minutes from Sead Kolasinac and Aaron Ramsey earned Arsene Wenger victory to mark his 800th Premier League game in charge of the Gunners.
Bottom club Crystal Palace came from behind to snatch a 2-2 draw deep into stoppage time against West Ham. First-half goals from strikers Javier Hernandez and Andre Ayew were cancelled out by Luka Milivojevic's penalty and Wilfried Zaha's equaliser in the 97th minute.
Jurgen Klopp got one over on his best mate and fellow manager David Wagner as Liverpool beat Huddersfield 3-0 at Anfield. Mohamed Salah saw his penalty saved before Daniel Sturridge made amends with his first goal since August, Roberto Firmino added a second eight minutes later and Georginio Wijnaldum made it three with 15 minutes to go.
Darren Fletcher netted the only goal of the game as Stoke claimed their first win since September against Watford, who dropped down to seventh in the table.

Eden Hazard's goal early in the second half was enough to earn his side three points and leave them fourth in the Premier League.
The Belgian hit a firm shot past Asmir Begovic at the goalkeeper's near post after defender Simon Francis failed to cut out a ball over the top.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho hits back after win over Tottenham

Jose Mourinho told his critics to "calm down" after Manchester United's 1-0 win over Tottenham on Saturday.
The Red Devils manager had faced scrutiny in recent weeks after a 0-0 draw against Liverpool and shock 2-1 defeat by promoted Huddersfield.
Anthony Martial's goal kept United second in the league and at full-time Mourinho looked at a television camera and put his finger to his lips.
"Some people speak too much," he said when asked about the gesture.
"Calm down, relax a little bit. Don't speak too much, speak, speak, speak, relax. Relax a little bit, don't be so nervous. Don't be so excited," the Portuguese added.
Mourinho's defensive tactics were
criticised by Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp after their goalless draw at Anfield two weeks ago, and fans booed the decision to replace Marcus Rashford with Martial after 70 minutes against Spurs.
But the substitution proved to be a game changer as Martial slotted home the winner from Romelu Lukaku's flicked header.
"If the result is 0-0 or 1-1 my feelings with the players would be the same because they gave absolutely everything, every ball was like the most important ball of their career," said the United boss.
"The concentration and focus was there and we cannot forget the quality of the team we were playing against."
No Kane, no gain
Tottenham were without top scorer Harry Kane for their trip to Old Trafford after the England striker was ruled out with a hamstring injury.
Kane has scored 13 goals in 12 appearances in all competitions for his club and country this season, but boss Mauricio Pochettino said his absence should not be used as an excuse for their defeat.
"I said before the game that you are always going to miss your main striker and Harry Kane is one the best strikers in the world," said the Argentine, whose side are one place behind United in third.
"We did not lose the game because Harry wasn't out there, it is a collective sport and you have to adapt when someone isn't fit to play.
"I am happy with the performance and we deserved more than zero points."

Arsene Wenger: Arsenal manager's future will be reviewed after season

Arsene Wenger has confirmed that the Arsenal board will review his position as manager at the end of the season.
The Frenchman signed a two-year extension in the summer to extend his 21-year reign at the club.
But, speaking on Thursday at the club's annual general meeting, he suggested that talks would take place when this campaign concludes - something he confirmed in a news conference.
"I want to see what the board thinks of my performance," Wenger said.
"After that we decide where we go from there. My desire has always been to respect my contracts, but that is what I meant."
'I will always love this club'
Last season, the Gunners finished fifth in the Premier League, failing to qualify for the Champions League. It was the first time they have finished outside the top four since Wenger joined in 1996.
At the end of a campaign that saw Wenger face fierce protests from fans calling for him to leave, Arsenal finished 18 points behind champions Chelsea, but beat the Blues 2-1 to win the FA Cup.
On Thursday, Wenger told shareholders that the current side has "something special" and he believes there is "a chance" of success this term.
"My hunger, my commitment is bigger than ever," he said. "I question myself a lot, don't worry, I will sit down every year to see where I go.
"The present for me is about style of play, winning trophies, winning every game. Don't think I don't know. It's essential.
"No matter what happens one day I will always love this club forever and be an eternal fan."
'I dedicate my life to make you happy'
The Arsenal Supporters' Trust had issued a letter on the eve of the meeting urging small shareholders to vote against the re-elections of chairman Sir Chips Keswick and Josh Kroenke - the son of owner Stan - to the Arsenal board.
At least 200 small shareholders, many left standing when not enough chairs were provided, arrived at Emirates Stadium to hear from Keswick, chief executive Ivan Gazidis and Wenger.
A vote was held, but with 97% of the proxy votes, held by majority shareholders Stan Kroenke and Alisher Usmanov, in favour of both re-appointments, the rebellion was quickly quashed.
Commenting on the voting, Wenger said: "I dedicate 99% of my lifetime trying to make you happy. Looking at today, that is not easy."
But he added: "My determination is as strong as ever."
Later shareholders booed and slow-clapped the club's board, and both Wenger and Gazidis were heckled.
'Gazidis pay is comparable to other clubs'
Earlier, Keswick defended a £2.6m pay-out to Gazidis after shareholders questioned why his payment remained the same despite a poor season on the pitch.
"Ivan is doing a fantastic and first-class job leading the development of this club across every aspect of its operations," the 77-year-old said.
Gazidis answered a series of questions about Arsenal's on-field performance, claiming that "according to objective metrics - points versus transfer expenditure - no club has over-performed as much as Arsenal".
Regarding their transfer business he said: "We deal with a massive amount of mis-information, there are many agendas at play. We want to compete at the top of the most competitive league in the world.
"To win the Premier League we need to do things better than our competitors in every area - without putting our club into financial difficulties.
"Arsenal, of the big clubs, have been the most over-performing club over time.

Ryan Giggs: Leicester and Everton jobs interest Wales legend

Manchester United and Wales legend Ryan Giggs says he is interested in the Leicester and Everton manager jobs.
Both clubs are without bosses after Leicester sacked Craig Shakespeare last week and the Toffees fired Ronald Koeman on Monday.
Giggs was Louis van Gaal's number two at Old Trafford, and was interviewed for the job at Swansea in 2016.
"For me these are clubs I would be interested in," 43-year-old Giggs told Sky Sports.
"I think you look at those two teams, Leicester being champions two seasons ago, Everton being a fantastic club with a fantastic history.
"However, there are a lot of coaches out there who would be interested in those positions."
Giggs is not thought to be in contention for the job at Everton, while Leicester made a winning start under caretaker boss Michael Appleton as they beat Swansea 2-1 at the Liberty Stadium.
However, one bookmaker has Giggs listed at 12/1 for the Leicester job, with Wales manager Chris Coleman 6/1 and Claude Puel the 4/7 favourite.
Giggs has not been involved in top-class football since Van Gaal's dismissal in May 2016, with the Welshman finally
ending a 29-year association with United in July 2016.
Giggs decided to take a sabbatical from football but has always said he intends to get into management with an ambitious club.
"I've said all along that I'd be open to clubs which share the ambitions of myself," he said.
"I want to improve clubs and improve players, to enjoy working for them and for players to enjoy the challenge.
"There are clubs in the Premier League which would be good jobs but also in the Championship and League One.
"It's more about the philosophy for me than the stature of the club."

MANCHESTER CITY 7 STOKE CITY 2: GUARDIOLA'S SIDE RUN RIOT

Manchester City survived a scare to run out rampant winners over Stoke City and move clear at the top of the Premier League.
Manchester City moved two points clear at the top of the Premier League with a 7-2 thrashing of Stoke City at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.
Manchester United's 0-0 draw with Liverpool had temporarily lifted them to the summit but City took full advantage of their rivals' dropped points with a rampant display against a dismal Stoke side.
Gabriel Jesus, Raheem Sterling and David Silva had them 3-0 up in less than half an hour as a ragged visiting defence made life easy for Pep Guardiola's front three.
Stoke did threaten a comeback either side of half-time, with Mame Diouf firing home before his header deflected in off Kyle Walker to make it 3-2, but hope of a shock result did not last long.
Jesus scored his second and Leroy Sane his first from two exceptional passes from Kevin De Bruyne, making his 100th appearance for the club, either side of a stunning strike from Fernandinho.
Guardiola made some changes in the closing stages – although Sergio Aguero, back from a broken rib, stayed on the bench – as City looked to save some energy for next week's Champions League meeting with Napoli.
The substitutions did little to disrupt City's rhythm, though, as Bernardo Silva finished in the closing stages to seal a seventh win from eight games that opens up a gap at the top of the table.

Sane should have opened the scoring after seven minutes but instead blasted over the bar from point-blank range, but it did not take City long to strike.
With 17 minutes played, Kyle Walker was allowed time and space inside the penalty area just yards from Jack Butland's left-hand post, and his cut-back was turned in by Gabriel Jesus.
It was 2-0 barely 90 seconds later. De Bruyne's fine throughball found Sane, who had been played onside by Erik Pieters, and he unselfishly laid the ball off to Sterling to tap home.
Stoke had scarcely managed any spell of possession before City bagged a third, with David Silva controlling Sterling's cut-back before prodding past Butland from six yards.
It looked all-too easy for the home side but Stoke at least snatched a lifeline before the break. Xherdan Shaqiri released Jese Rodriguez down the right and he combined well with Diouf, who drilled a shot in off Fabian Delph's extended leg and beyond Ederson.
Matters become more uncomfortable for the home side less than three minutes after the restart, as Diouf's header from debutant Thomas Edwards' curling cross deflected off Walker and into the net, prompting jubilant celebrations in front of the away fans.
But City restored their two-goal advantage eight minutes later. Bruno Martins-Indi was caught dithering in possession and De Bruyne took full advantage, racing down the right before sending in a superb low cross to the unmarked Jesus, who fired high into the net.

Fernandinho then produced the best goal of the match, a thunderous strike from 25 yards out that went in off the crossbar, as Stoke's defence allowed the Brazilian all the time he needed to set himself and let fly.
Five minutes later and City had their sixth, De Bruyne's stunning pass picking out Sane's run into the left of the area, the Germany star side-footing beyond Butland at the near post.
There was time enough for Bernardo Silva to score his first Premier League goal, gathering in Sterling's pass after Stoke failed to clear before poking a finish into the bottom-right corner, capping another devastating display from City that has given them a boost in the title race.

Klopp & Mourinho on Liverpool v Man Utd

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says there are few managers who could have done a better job at the club than him.
Klopp has yet to win major silverware two years after being appointed following Brendan Rodgers' sacking.
Defeat by Manchester United at Anfield on Saturday will leave the Reds on 12 points from eight games - the same tally as when Rodgers was dismissed.
"I don't think I am perfect but it's quite difficult to find better options," said Klopp, 50.

Liverpool have won only once in their past seven games in all competitions and are seventh in the Premier League, seven points behind both Manchester clubs.
They are out of the Carabao Cup and remain without a win from two games in the Champions League.
Klopp said: "If they sack me now, I don't think there would be a lot of managers who would do the job better than I do.
"There's not the biggest distance between us and the top teams.
"If I came in today as the new manager and if everybody would give us this kind of time to take the next step, that would be perfect."
Kenny Dalglish, one of Klopp's predecessors, agrees with the German that patience is required.
"If you buy well enough then you can compete," said Dalglish, who won the title three times in charge of Liverpool between 1985 and 1991. "You don't have to do it in one transfer window, it may take four or five.
"I think it is society. People are used to instant solutions but it doesn't work in football.
"A bit of patience doesn't go amiss for anyone who wants to be successful."
Mourinho expects atmosphere of 'animosity'
United manager Jose Mourinho says it "will be beautiful" to take his side to Anfield, despite expecting an atmosphere of "animosity".
The Red Devils would go 10 points ahead of their rivals with victory on Saturday, while Liverpool will hope to win at home for the first time since August.
"We know that the fans have huge animosity against us historically, but this is what we want," Mourinho said.
"I never see a player complain: 'Oh, this atmosphere was very strong.'"

Liverpool forward Sadio Mane will be sidelined for six weeks after injuring a hamstring while playing for Senegal.
But Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino are expected to be available despite a lengthy journey back from Brazil.
United midfielder Marouane Fellaini is set to miss out after injuring knee ligaments whilst playing for Belgium.
Captain Michael Carrick is still unavailable because of a calf injury.

The 2018 World Cup qualifiers provided plenty of thrills and spills, but now it is time to return to the bread and butter of the Premier League.
The weekend's action begins in explosive style with Liverpool hosting Manchester United on Saturday lunchtime, and there are plenty of other factors to keep fans interested across all 10 games. I have picked out 10 of the most notable things you should keep an eye out for over the weekend in English football's top tier...

1. Klopp’s solution
Jurgen Klopp has had the international break to ponder Liverpool’s continued problems in defence ahead of their return against Manchester United. They haven’t kept a clean sheet in seven games in all competitions and the 12 Premier League goals they have conceded after seven games is jointly the 15th worst record in the division. For context no one inside the top four has shipped more than six.

2. Lukaku to join the eight club
Romelu Lukaku will be looking to become the first player to score eight goals in their first eight Premier League appearances for their new club. He has been exceptional at United and appeared fit while playing for Belgium against Cyprus during the break, despite concerns over an ankle injury.

3. Ronald and the sack race

Koeman is favourite for the sack after an underwhelming start to the season at big-spending Everton. History is on his side this weekend, though, because Everton, who play Brighton, have lost just one of their last 19 Premier League games against newly-promoted teams (W10 D8 L1).

4. Will Tottenham finally get first home Premier League win at Wembley?

They face Bournemouth and need to get that first win. They will have the benefit of a struggling opponent, given Bournemouth have taken just four points this season.

5. Zaha's rescue act

Crystal Palace are a desperate mess of a side. Seven games, seven defeats, no goals scored. Next up they face a potential pounding against Chelsea, but there is a degree of optimism in that Wilfried Zaha is fit for the first time since the opening day of the season.

6. Expect a treat at the Etihad

Manchester City have won their last two home games in the Premier League by a 5-0 scoreline – the only other Premier League side to record three consecutive home wins each by a five or more goal margin were Chelsea in 2010 under Carlo Ancelotti. City play Stoke.

7. Will Renato Sanches finally come good at Swansea?

Great expectations and an underwhelming reality. Paul Clement has not yet found a system that best suits Sanches, and the player himself has been wasteful, despite gradual improvements. Early days but he needs to make his mark because Swansea are sinking fast. They face Huddersfield for the first time in the top flight.

8. Will the Wilshere revival continue?

Will he get a league start? He has made his case with excellent performances against Doncaster in the Carabao Cup and BATE Borisov in the Europa League but needs to prove himself in the top flight again. Arsenal play Watford.

9. Pink boots

It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which means plenty of players could don pink boots in support of the campaign. Keep an eye out for Granit Xhaka in particular.

10. The Dyche juggernaut

Who can stop Burnley? They have beaten Chelsea and drawn with Spurs and Liverpool, and if they beat West Ham they might even jump to third, depending on other results. Dyche, by some margin, has been the standout manager of the early part of the season.

The price of doing the same old thing is far higher than the price of change. Change is inevitable, Change is constant. The world hates change, yet it is the only thing that has brought progress therefore if we don't change, we don't grow. If we don't grow, we aren't really living cause Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future. Your success in life isn't based on your ability to simply change. The butterfly story

You’ve probably heard the story about a man who tried to help a butterfly out of its cocoon by slitting the cocoon open. The butterfly that emerged had small, unformed wings, and died soon after. It needed the struggle out of the cocoon to force the fluid into its wings to stretch and open them so that the butterfly could fly. By trying to shortcut the process, the man had instead doomed the creature.

There are many versions of this story but the most personal and detailed version I came across is Frank Dupree’s Metamorphosis.

The facts
I’ve been trying ascertain whether it’s a scientific fact that the butterfly needs to struggle at emergence in order for its wings to work. It seems that some species can inject the fluid into their wings from their abdomen after emerging from the cocoon.

The lesson
Sometimes it is hard watching someone you care about struggle. It could be a spouse trying to succeed in the workplace, a child grappling with school, a relative endeavouring to get a business off the ground, or a friend dazed by a painful divorce.
While it is instinctive to want to help (and we often do by giving unsolicited advice), sometimes we need to learn to wait and let the process unfold on its own. We can watch and be there should any help be required, yet not intervene when there is no real need to. The wisest people I know practise this. When I’m going through a personal challenge, they make it clear that they are there but that I need to deal with it myself. In my younger years this response would drive me up the wall, because all I wanted was for someone else to step in and make everything alright. Now I understand where they come from, and am trying to do the same myself.

The application

Can you think of a person who is going through a hard time right now, whom you’ve been trying to help but ended up frustrating both yourself and that person?

I remember once a friend was going through a break-up and I decided to have a party to try to cheer her up. The intention was good, but in the process of working out the logistics of the party, we had a few tense moments which strained the friendship. In retrospect, I shouldn’t have tried so hard to help. Perhaps you need to stop trying too hard as well, with regard to a specific person or situation in your life right now. A good question to ask would be: are you trying so hard to make yourself feel better, or because it will truly improve the situation?

Unfortunately sometimes the answer is clear only in hindsight. We have to make enough mistakes to start to recognise when the situation is like the butterfly and the cocoon, or when it is something else. Wisdom certainly does not come easily, and perhaps that is the struggle that you and I have to go through on our own as well.

My first article was an autobiography which deleted but my second article about B-Flow which was almost deleted as well in fact it was deleted but I saved it, at that time I picked up a few pointers so I then tried to write about my school Lind High School it didn’t have problems I was just advised to expand it I later made one for Hillcrest and David Kaunda schools but my recent articles in 2017 are Cleo Ice Queen, FIFA 18 and Football Manger 2018, I have so far successfully added up to 30 and 8 have been deleted and 22 articles that have survived the mark. That’s my short Wikipedia history or biography now coming to Chalo Chatu Zambia’s next big thing. Chalo Chatu was opened on 1st June 2016 and 11days later after the launch Jason Mulikita the founder and creator of site called me to and convince me to come on board to write and rewrite history as we make history, when we had our first meeting I told him about my vision and that this project has come at the right and I would gladly work with him and that’s how I ended up to be the C.O.O of the foundation this was just and instant appointment as there was no formal search. Just after I was appointed I was quickly started to work on the articles clear certain errors expand and also write new ones and also the one of the main jobs of a C.O.O. I made some policies privacy and also donors policy I also had to put up some disclaimers. I say Chalo Chatu is the next big thing cause even if we have a bad reading cultural in Zambia, us at Chalo Chatu we want to make knowledge hub we are making a reference site to Zambian related information that is told by Zambians themselves we are trying by all means to be neutral balanced and at the same time to encyclopaedic and verifiable knowledge with over 2000+ articles on the site we the fastest growing website in Zambia disputed being the only online encyclopaedia based in Zambia also documenting Zambia . At the moment the foundation is founding itself since it’s a highly-efficient non-profit project and so we get our founding from donation that people make both online and offline.  Meet us online are we make history together mind you we are preserving the History and pride of Zambia, also don’t for get to donate to this cause.
